The Sartorial Excellence Awards

The Sartorial Excellence Awards are earned by those products which adhere to the highest standards of quality. Within the pool of quality award recipients, additional kudos may be earned by products whose design is exceptional or which advance the sartorial arts through product innovation. Excellence in quality is an absolute as a product's quality is either excellent ... or it is not. Thus, in contrast with most Awards, there are no second or third place winners. Annual Nominees are selected based upon reorder frequency as reported by the members of A Collection of Sartorial Excellence, Sartorial Excellence Ballots, and Customer Reviews. Write-in votes for non-nominated new products are encouraged. Voting takes place online from August through October. Award recipients are announced regularly as awards ballots are received and culminate in October.
